RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Exchange Policy ensures a smooth process for returns and exchanges.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

 

1. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

2. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

 

 

3. Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Returns for reasons like size, color, or preference will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Initiate a Return:

 

1. To request a return, email us at sales@essaglobal.in with your order number and reason for the return.

 

 

2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

 

 

3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process:

 

1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer).

 

 

2. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days.

 

 

3. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

 

1. Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for issues related to size, color, or defects.

 

 

2. Products must be in original condition, with tags intact, and must not be worn or washed.

 

How to Request an Exchange:

 

1. To exchange an item, contact us at sales@essaglobal.in with your order details and the new size/color preference.

 

 

2. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

 

 

3. Once we receive the original item, the replacement will be dispatched within 5-7 business days. If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed.

 

Exchange Shipping Costs:

 

1. For exchanges due to size or preference, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

 

 

2. If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping costs.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:Customized, personalized items, and those marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
